Biography
Lee had been employed with MLG&W in Memphis, Tennessee
where he worked as a lineman. During a routine job task,
Lee received an electrical injury that resulted in
amputation of both arms.
After intense Occupational therapy (Rehab) and
Prosthetic training; Lee returned to work in less than
one year with ambition and desire to be an active part
of society. He is a volunteer with Tennessee Family
Support, District and State Council as well as Tennessee
Disability Housing Program. Lee is also a Certified Peer
Support Councilor through the Amputee Coalition of
America. He chooses to inspire and motivate by telling
his story. He continues to be involved with his family
and all aspects of life and enjoys numerous outdoor
activities, and doesn’t back down from a challenge.
